Emerging Leaders Training is a 9-month leadership and management program for business professionals who strive to excel in their personal & professional lives. We currently offer two distinct versions: firstly, our young leaders program and secondly, a development journey for experienced leaders. Our programs focus on experiential learning and daily integration to create refreshingly effective results.

Dr. Maria Meiler

Managing Director

Maria has been a leader, coach, trainer, and consultant for 15 years. She has worked in leadership positions at Google, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and the online startup world. Maria holds a Ph.D. in mathematics and is the founder of three companies.

Leaders trust her competent and empathic guidance, particularly in challenging situations. They seek her support in strategic realignments, deep-seated conflicts, and complex negotiation cases. Maria works on the interface of business & strategy, facilitation & mediation, coaching, and training.

Maria specializes in neuroscience-based methods. She furthered her education through postgraduate studies in neuroscience and is an ICF PCC coach, certified profiler, and negotiator.
